2023 Annual Homeowners Association Dues

The By-Laws of your Grand Oaks of Bethlehem HOA provide for a budget composed of Association Dues collected annually from every Grand Oaks of Bethlehem Community member.  This money is used for sign maintenance, lawn maintenance, electricity for street lights, and insurance for all common areas. 

After careful budgeting and consideration, the Officers and Directors of the Board have determined that the Annual Fee for 2022-2023 will remain at $250.00 per homeowner if paid before the deadline.

This year’s Annual Dues are due in full beginning Jan 1st, 2023, and will be considered late April 1st, 2023. A late fee for non-payment of dues of $37.50 after 10 days late. After 30 days, a lien shall be placed on the property, including the late charge, with an interest rate not exceeding the highest rate allowed by Georgia Law. After 60 days, a suit to collect such amounts and/or foreclose its lien.

Again this year, we will offer payment options by mail at P.O. Box 516, Bethlehem, GA 30620 (check or money order), and electronic payment method for paying your Annual Dues through our website.

A note about a violation:
Any violation not remedied within 10 days of the certified mailing notice will receive a $100 fine per violation. If not remedied within 180 days of notification, an additional $500 per violation shall be assessed. An additional $500 fine per violation shall be assessed every 180 days thereafter until the violation is remedied.
